Summercape - Shocking

Has anyone else had experience with this company? I ordered shoes about 3 months ago and still don't have them!!! I have asked repeatedly and get an automated response saying "we've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready" I have a tracking number and it never changes! I think, ONCE AGAIN, I have been taken by a disreputable company in the Cape! Obviously all the 'gangsters paradise' people are now in the Cape!
