Outrageous return policy - pay for it yourself to get back to China!

I ordered these boots from Summer Cape - www.summercaoe.co.za after seeing an an for them on Facebook. The first picture shows what was advertised and the second picture is what I got. Firstly, the boots are to small. Secondly, the appearance and quality of Tempe boots can obviously be considered as false advertising. I pairs R900 for these 🙀

I asked Anna from Summer Cape to return them in the basis that they do not fit and was told I had to pay to return them to the factory in China which would cost over a R1000 - more than these boots cost.

According to their refund policy, I am entitled to a return. After I told them that I would not pay for shipping back to China, I was told that they wouldn’t do a refund at all even though their policy states that your are entitled to a return of goods within 14 days.
