Beware!

I just want to inform consumers of a bad experience with SummerCape. I saw a beautiful pair of boots on the website. When they arrived they were not at all like the ones advertised - overall, poor workmanship. On requesting a refund I was told that I would receive a 20% discount on my next purchase. Although the return policy states that a refund will be given if the product is returned within a week (once communication has been given requesting one), I was told unequivocally that no refunds are given. I have had to take this up with the National Consumer Council as this company is not interested in ethical work practice. Do not use SummerCape.
