Concern

I'm experiencing problems with one of hotel I've booked via online which Is based in KZN south coast Umzumbe I've been communicating with lady called Theresa and I've made a 50% deposit of an amount of R1600 (R800) which is our booking was for this weekend 3rd to 5th my payment was confirmed that they've receive it due to this lock down we were unable to go however I've emailed them to ask what is going to happen and called her but no response from them email was sent on the 24/03 so I'm worried please assist me
