Sumitomo Tyres false rejection

After submitting a claim to have a defective tyre replaced under warranty Sumitomo responded in writing stating that the tyre did not fail due to manufacturing defect. This is however not true and it is clear that the tyre burst due to a manufacturing defect. The tyre only had around 5000km wear on it when it burst.

The tyre was well maintained.
