Don't buy these tyres sumitomo & dunloop

I fitted 4 brand new sumitomo tyres on new mags. These tyres have been giving me vibration problems since. I was told that eventually with time they will run smooth as they do traves. But till today my car still vibrates. On the balancing the tyres wabol. I tried running the tyres at low pressure high pressure and the recomamded vehicle spec. Still no positive solution.
