Worst landlord

<p>I fell sick and was in bed all weekend and on Monday I went to the doctor who prescribed a wrong pill that caused a heart failure. My housemate paid his portion of the rent the Monday. On Tuesday I sent the landlord a text message that I was hospitalized and will pay the balance of rent as soon as I am discharged. He responded saying get well I want the rent by 5PM or you must be out tomorrow the 5th. He has 5000 of the 6000 and has now sent us an eviction letter for the 30th October. His rent has always been paid on time and there are no outstanding monies yet he behaves like this.</p>
