No Refund

<p>I app**** for a car finance with them and the manager advised that i provide a R1000 deposit in order to process the agreement. He advised that this will be refunded should the application be declined. I am still waiting on this refund and it has nearly been a month and whenever i call his always not available and that his receptionist Michelle is waiting for him to return in order to issue the refund. Sevice is great when they want your business but when you need to get your money back the service deterioates quickly.</p>
