As a first time buyer, I was really impressed by Alvin (who also happens to be the founder of the company).

I wasn't even ready to buy a home, but I went for a viewing to please a friend. Alvin Suklall was there, took me through the viewing, explained why it would be beneficial for me to invest. He deep dived into property investment, took me the papers and why what each paper I'm signing meant. He was kind, welcoming, honest and caring.

I told him I liked the place, he promised me that he would hold my hand throughout the process, and he kept his promise, three months later I moved into my new place. He arranged everything for me. Kept me up to date. It felt so easy because I literally didn't have to do much.
