Suikerbosrand hiking disappointment

Tried to Visit the park on a Sunday only to be told that you are not allowed to enter after 12:00 midday. Nowhere on their website does it state this, in actual fact it says the last entry time is 16:00 even over weekends. Drove 1.5 hours just to be shown away at the gate. Trust me, we will not be supporting this place ever again. There are better places with actual service delivery and better scenery to go hiking! The responsible person taking payments at the gate just doesn't feel like working the afternoon shift on weekends. Pathetic to say the least.....
