PATHETIC

I recently bought a pressure washer at Suidwes in Delmas. After which the motor started to smell like it's burning so I took it back on the 6th of September as it is still under warranty. Today is already the 27th and all they can tell me is that they are waiting for an email from the suppliers promising to phone back and surprise surprise I have to phone every day to find out what's happening.
