Son ********** by caterers and decor company on his wedding day

Good Day,

My Son Joash paid the company Suhana's Caterers in full for wedding which took place on the 2nd of December at Grand Manor Gardens in Tongaat. This Catering company let my son down very badly.

The tables where meant to be ready and decorated before the wedding , it was not . Many of the guests helped to get the tables ready for the reception. A large seat was provided for the bride and groom by the caterers , however the legs where broken . Both bride and groom almost fell to the ground. I and a few guests had to put some blocks to stabilize the seat.

The cake collapsed and my wife and guests had to try to keep it together and bring it on stage. Bread rolls where meant to be provided and when asked where these were , The lady representing the caterers , Najma (her name sounded like this), said her workers ate them because they were hungry, what can she do now. We were shocked at this response.

The food (bryani) was meant to be at the venue at 7.00 pm it only got to the venue at 10.00 pm. Guests were basically starving.

My Son and his bride was so unhappy on this special day . No-one should hire these caterers .
