Horrifying experience

I am extremely frustrated and unhappy with my experience. I paid in full and expected to have a walk in walk out event yet it turned out to be extremely embarrassing.

We requested mixed Mutton breyani and my guests were served masala breyani which would was only 2 chaffing dishes made for 70 people. It seemed like the food was left overs from the restaurant as there was mainly masala rice and Mutton bones.

My guests were treated like children as they were not allowed to dish on their own although I requested for a buffet, with over 30 people left to eat, we ran out of food. Family And friends panicked and rushed to prepare home cooked meals for the remaining people using money from our own pockets.

Our decor was taken out whilst guests were present, the savories were served after the formalities which wasn't enough too. Fruit punch was fusion juice served with grated apple.

The attitude of the staff was terrible, they had an atttitde with my guests. The owner came across as arrogant and defensive when she was confronted. She also spoke alot of lies about us, trying to justify her actions to other people after the event. We were classed by her for being non Muslims and consuming alcohol.

An apology and apology has not yet been given. The quality of service received was humiliating.
