Valentines Day Dinner Cancellation

Firstly I must say: Sugo is an otherwise great little Gem with quality service and I would recommend readers visit ( although I am boycotting for a while)<br> <br> On Valentines morning at 9am Sugo called me to notify me that they are cancelling their Valentines Dinner and I should come collect my deposit which they would be happy to refund.<br> <br> I questioned the day manager when picking up my deposit and was told that the reason for the cancellation was that they had not sold all the seats so it wasn't really going to be worthwhile. <br> <br> For Sugo to fail on getting a valentines seating comes down to poor advertising alone in my view. <br> <br> For Sugo to cancel confirmed valentines bookings on Valentines morning with deposits in hand is however in the poorest of form.<br> <br> Shame on you Sugo, otherwise great but a pretty epic **** up here. <br> <br> <br>
