Worst hotel in Cape Town

This place is a **** hole.I had been on the site with bookings.com to book a 2 night stay.What a dissapointment.We were put into a room that is so small and smelly,with a very small window.The manager(so he says) said he moved our luggage into this room.I Immediately complained and the manager took offense even standing up and challenging me.Is this what is expected from managers.He did not even try and assist me.All he said was...you booked through booking.com and sort it out with them.I asked to speak to a senior in charge and his reply was...im not giving you any details of any seniors.His attitude was aggressive and even started shouting at me.I asked him to not shout as i was talking nicely.If there was (-_ stars i would give one.
