SUGAR HOTEL CAPE TOWN: WORT HOTEL EVER!

Sugar Hotel in Cape Town was the worst experience i ever had in my life, it almost ruined my holiday in Cape town, That place does not qualify to be called a hotel, its a horrible place worse than a jail cell, we booked online when we got there they showed us a room which does not have a window, very small and smelling. they had no better room for us. we were forced to go book in another HOTEL and they did not even reimburse nor call us asking why we left......my advice to you reading this DO NOT BOOK SUGAR HOTEL IN CAPE TOWN unless you want to experience the jail cell which you would have paid for. WORST HOTEL EVER!
