No hot water

Currently experiencing one of the worst moments spent at any hotel or self catering stay ever. Kayastay in Greenpoint - also known as Sugar apartments in Cape Town has left us without hot water. We have tried several times to address the issue with no help at all. Only promises. My suggestion is to stay far far away. Get yourself another place to stay. Very very bad service.
