Sugar Coat - mobile nail bar

This girl is based in kuilsriver, western cape. I was gifted this wonderful treat of having my nails done at home. I was 20 weeks pregnant. She came over, she was late, she was very sweet during the treatment. She did push for fancy nails a couple of times. I just wanted plain at the time. She had informed me should there be any issues within 2 weeks she will fix my nails for free. I said wonderful. She left. The nails(all of them) chipped the very next day. When I did inform her she said sorry it's been longer than a week and I will have to pay R50 per nail. Wow 10 x 50 = R500... So to get my nails fixed by her will actually cost me to have my hair done. I was so furious. She had that "oh well your problem attitude". Being quilified myself in the beauty industry I would never treat a person like this let alone a paying customer. When I left a review on her page then she wanted to fix the issue. But still nothing. Terrible customer service.
