Treadmill ****

Ordered an electronic treadmill 2 weeks ago and not received anything. When I contact them on the message app on their website, they just reply with "hello" a day later. I resend my reply and they send me hello again after a day. They once said they would look into it, but nothing.....after that, just more "hello's"
