Sugar Bee Event - Balloon Arch for 7th Birthay

Absolutely the worst experience and service from them Saturday 2026-08-22, Will never EVER make use of their service ever again. We supp**** the balloons for my granddaughters 7th birthday, had to buy hundreds of balloons, supp**** the backdrop, they only had to bring the stand and make the balloon arch. The man only used about 20 balloons, if it was so many, we had to take more than half of the balloons unused back, he burst about 20 plus, and even burst the most important nr 7 balloon. He had no help, and it is August, the wind was blowing the balloons all over the place, bursting it one after the other before he could even start the arch. She had her special party without a nr 7, they could at least replaced the nr 7, I'm so disgusted in their R1000,00 service and that for making a small collection of about 20 balloons in a so called archonly a few balloons on each side. They should be extremely ashamed to take payment for what they deliver. Sies Man!! Julle is absoluut 'n disgrace vir 'n partytjie. Dit kan vir julle net nog 'n partytjie wees, maar dit was 'n groot dag vir 'n pragtige klein dogtertjie wat baie uitgesien het na haar partytjie en wat so graag 'n nr 7 Ballon wou hê. Mag julle besigheid gekap word met wat julle Saterdag aan ons gedoen het. en daardie pathetic kastige arch, is 'n skaamte. Daai donkerkopman moet julle liewer uit die span haal.
