Terrible outsourced Restaurant with "NO" owner with "EXCEPTIONALLY POOR SERVICE" and "DISCUSTING FOOD" at Rocky Bay Resorts, 8 km South from Scottburgh.

I reside in Scottburgh and occasionally camp at Rocky Bay Caravan Park and the Park Rynie Ski-Boat Club which is situated next to Rocky Bay Resort. The Sugar Baron is under new management apparently, for almost a year and I have never met the owner to give him feedback on his sunken restaurant.

IMPORTANT: Sugar Baron is rented from Rocky Bay Resorts and has nothing to do with the Owners and management of Rocky Bay.

On the 23rd, I took family and friends to Sugar Baron as they have small kids and the garden has various activities for children. Once again I ordered Chicken Snitzel as this is the ONLY decent food on the Menu.

Everybody else ordered Ribs, Rib eye, Rump steak and Lamb Chops. Well, everybody's food went back to the kitchen. It was an embarrassment for me and decided to call for the manager who never turned-up. I eventually went to the kitchen and called the Manager outside and asked her a few questions; Where do you get your meat from? The answer was 'Food *****'s Market' and also asked where and who the owner was. I was told that he hardly ever comes here.

The RIBS was sour, the The Rib-eye consisted of 90% Fat, the Rump Steak had approximately 70% visible fat, the Lamp Chops were raw, the toddlers never ate because of the POOR quality and when I told the Manager, I am not prepared to pay the full price for this ******* food, she agreed with me and when I returned to my table she had the Owner, Jan on the line who I decided not to confront. It was simly NOT the right thing to do to have an argument in front of my guests. She told me Jan said Rib Eye is a fatty meat. Mr Jan, I am not stupid, I eat out more than you have walked past telephone poles. This is NOT the first time that food goes back to your kitchen and what you don't realise in your continual absense, all the local are talking about this restaurant....by telling your manager to confront me at my table to talk to me is NOT the way to solve a problem.

...and finally, I have now decided to become your Marketing Department...FREE!! I am sure you know what I mean!!
