No delivery despite full payment!!

I ordered fudge moulds from Jo-Anne Stoop however she was sporadic with contact and getting on with the project. Always excuses about being sick, losing her contact numbers, the factory over worked. The moulds have never arrived despite me even insisting on a tracking number which was for someone else/falsified. I am disgusted and angry that she would be allowed to continue to do business and wish there was a way to warn people not to order from her!!
