❌❌ Dealt with Robbie from the Sues Tackle shop we had a transaction online, extremely aggressive and nasty individual just check out his real reviews, claims items got lost in post constantly must be the most unlucky business on the planet or the obvious. I would strongly advise given this small novice shop a wide berth. plenty of REAL Professional and Friendly Tackle shops with much better pricing and range than this Hobbies Store. With regards to our transaction items weren’t sent through payment system now to refund.and all we got from him was abuse and rudeness. in this economic climate to be so rude to customers and not be able to conduct a proper online transaction without abuse and aggression. Unfortunately its all about customer service you can’t bully your way into a sale.

If you don’t like what you do then hang up your floats and jog on because there are hundreds of amazing tackle shops around the area of rye with 300% better service and pricing.
