Misrepresented Product

We bought a house and we told that is voet stoot. This house was not finished, but we thought all document requered were met and provided to us. Only to find out at a later stage that there is no COC in place for this house.<br> <br> Story tell<br> We went to municipality to apply for electricity, the municipality then granted us with a temporary electricity for 6 months <br> After 6 months was over we went to municipality again for the inspector to come evaluate the installed electricity. The inspector told us he needs COC before evaluating the installed electricity. <br> Then he advised us to go town planners and request COC. The town planners told us that the plan they have is not signed which ment there was no house built there, he then advised us to go to the agents or people who built the house ask for COC as it is ******* for the agents to sell the house without it.<br> We went to the agents, they dismissed us and sent us to ABSA bank as the house belonged to the bank. The bank sent us to the attorneys that were responsible for the transaction,the attorneys told us they dont have.<br> The reason we writting to you is that we can not do anything without the COC Certificate and the signed approved plan
