Terrible vacation at Sudwala Lodge

Terrible experience at Sudwala Lodge, I would not advise anyone to spend their vacation here. It started off with no hot water and just got worst even though I did complain, Management did not care apparently they cannot control anything in the chalet. 3 days no hot water and no compensation. My outdoor activity had to be put on hold as they tried to fix the hot water issue and failed. My breakfast was disrupted.....entire family have not had a bath and I am just given excuses. This is a holiday nightmare.
