Vehicle written off

I had an accident on 09/07/2017 and they did not come to assist me in the event of the accident and they have let me to pay R5200 for storage fee while I was not even owing them anything. I had to phone them daily instead of them phoning me. In short I will say, I have never seen such bad service in my life. They also took R65000 for themselves as the excess fee for the write off of my vehicle. I was not happy about the service I got from Successo. It took almost 3 months before they could pay the little amount to the bank since they have took almost everything for themselves.

My advice to you guys, if you need an insurance do not even consider them cos you will have a trauma instead of being assisted. The courtesy car was not provided to me as well. I cried day and night because of their treatment. Let alone paying the 3rd party as per their contract, nothing was paid. I had to pay that money from my pocket as well. I need an apology regarding that....
