Poor service and rediculous requirements
I had a terrible experience with succeso when it come to claims. They refuse to accept an accident number and insist on getting a copy of the accident report on top of that they telling me that they wont process my claim because of the copy of the accident report of which in my case its cost that i have to pay myself and they not willing to cover the cost. I wont recommed this insurance company to anyone.

21 May 2019, 09:30Its been 6 days with no respond, I have come to a decision of cancelling my car insurance policy with successo . I had this insurance for almost two years. I am not treated fairly as a customer and i was advice that my claim will be cancelled if i didnt handover the document they requested. I will never recommend anyone to take a policy with this company their claims process are reduculous and you might end up paying more than you know.
