Claim Issue resulting in 'Passing the Buck' senario

Our company Alt Ener Pro Pty Ltd, has had a claim repudiated due to a wording war between SFP, www.sfpadvice.co.za and Hollard Insurance in our policy.

Expectation for defective workmanship cover has not been met as spoken about when we signed up with them.
