Complaint regarding the Lease agreement

My niece and her Aunt signed a lease agreement with the mentioned property owners so when my niece moved in noticed that the state rooms were not as per advert and when reported we called and confronted them and told them that we were not happy with the rooms and the living conditions and when we continued to ask questions, we were told we amateurs and they won't deal with us.
