JTFoxx - Refused refund

I attended the JT Foxx seminar on the 6th of August in Sunninghill and I signed up for his courses. After searching for him on the internet and not finding any credentials and good reviews about him except from himself I sent an email on the 8th of August requesting a cancellation and a refund. Ralph Thompson tried to convince me to change my mind but I refused. When I asked him when will I get my money back he said he was busy processing it with Success Resources. I sent numerous emails making a follow-up but he never responded until I sent an email directly to Success Resources. I waited for three weeks to be told that they were waiting for approval from head office in Singapore, the I was told that they needed proof of payment and order form, then I was told my refund was rejected because my cooling off period lapsed on the 31st of July (I attended the seminar on the 6th, mind you) and they wanted proof any emails sent earlier. I sent the emails through and then Coleen called me and told me that JT Foxx was a client and they used a different bank or something like that when they accepted payment and they could not trace my payment.<br>
