Cancellation refund still not received, 3wks later

I attended a Success Resources event at the Cape Town Convention Centre on Saturday, 1 August 2015. I bought a ticket to a JT Foxx presentation in October and used the cancellation period, within 5 days, to cancel and requested a full refund. It is now 3 weeks later and I still haven't received my refund.<br> <br> I emailed [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] as per the instructions on the form. I got a reply from Olivia Makhubela, a Customer Services Rep for Success Resources in Africa instructing Coleen Mokota Petja [Email Removed] to pay the refund. I followed up with them and they said it could take up to three weeks to process because it needs to be verified by the Singapore office.<br> <br> Watch out for Success Resources, JT Foxx and all their affiliates. They are *****. Their office no. in Joburg is permanently just ringing. +27(0)10 11 00 600. <br> <br> I will pursue this matter further and raise awareness of their practises so other people don't fall victim.<br> <br>
