Faulty pair of sneakers

Wow bought two pairs it showed delivered when I didn’t get them then I contact Simon then the shoes where delivered . Got over excited wore a pair for about 8hours noticed that one of the pairs i bought was faulty returned them after a week or so not knowing where is the shoes where contacted the very Simon whom located the pair then Nhlanhla inspected the shoe she said I wore them and I agreed to that fact .contacted Simon once more to make follow up he did but then nhlanhla had denied my return due to not being in its original condition . Fine my return was for faults I saw which still are there and nhlanhla the so called inspector didn’t notice or somehow avoided my complaint due to wearing the pair now it’s returned back to me I have to re send the pictures to Simon notifying him of this very misfortune that already consumed 2months
