Very unprofessional!!!!!

I have been a subway client for the past month now, I was very upset when I called the shop for a delivery due to the fact that my salon was very busy and I could not go out and get the sandwich, it was 12:10 to be exact and when I called in the lady for my delivery to be done she said to me that they will charge me a R100,00 for the delivery because they are way too busy to drop off my food. so whereby my sandwich was just R30,00 she wanted an additional R100,00 for who knows what. i had a friend order a delivery and they did not charge the guy any fee, the driver in fact was hinting to my friend that the delivery money and tips are being taken by the owner. so imagine my surprise when hearing that a building four streets down did not pay delivery but, for me it was R100,00 to walk two floors up. i have seen that the owner there is very disrespectful and impatient with clients and her staff. i would highly recommend you change that. !!!!
