Subway Sandwich stop a ruiner of a holiday!

Myself and 2 friends choose to eat at Subways at Canal Walk, Cape Town. The staff after ignoring us for 15 minutes to serve friends in the que, managed to get our sandwichs wrong 3 times. After about 50 minutes, we asked for drinks and this took 20 minutes extra. Then paying took 20 minutes because of the *********** cashier, and they charged us twice. Then eventually we eat our sandwiches that made us violently ill with hot flushes,vomiting and headaches. When we were recovered enough to go and complain the staff were extremely rude. When the manager was eventually fetched. She proceeded to lecture us on having wasted her time and the staffs, as well as denying any responsibility. As we were walking away, the manager snarkly offers us sandwiches from the same produce that was very evidently off or on the verge.
