Surburban Motor spares Ottery, no customer service, same part with 2 major price differences

I was at the Ottery branch, i was the only client in the line with 4 sales agents behind the counter. 2 of the agents were on calls , well one of them was on a personal call as no parts were discussed, the other 2 agents were busy talking with 1 customer then the 1 sales agent walks out from behind the counter and helps a client on the floor while I'm stood in the line for 15 minutes with no assistance.

I then try to make contact on their whatsapp numbers, there are 3 to contact.

the first number give me a price of R636, knowing this price is off the mark by alot i messaged the other whatsapp number, the same part at the same place and the same brand is R250 all of a sudden.

I dont know what these sales agents are trying to achieve but i will never be okay with being charged more than double the price of the action item i require.
