Use Suburban Electric if you want to pay a lot of money for very little work!

Our kettle blew up and tripped our electricity board. We reset it, but there was one kitchen circuit which did not come right. So, we called Jack Goldstein of Suburban Electric. When he came round, it turned out that the switch for that circuit was a more modern one than the others, and needed to be clicked fully down, before it could be re-set. For less than two minutes work, this electrician is charging the preposterous sum of R799.25! An amount of about half that would have been acceptable (although that, too, would have been money for very little effort). To have to pay almost R800 for a person to flick a switch down and then up again is ridiculous.
