Bad employer

This small business is advertising vacancies on their site and North Riding facebook book. I worked there for 2 weeks and could not stand it. The owner of the company said he would pay me for the time worked which he has not done... he employs people who bring knives and drugs to work. The vehicle provided to us was falling to pieces and the back had no windows (bakkie) where we all had to squash in. He will do the formal process of interviewing you, printing out a contract for you, talk about all the training you will go on and then never pays you. His employees don't get payslips and don't have a set payment date for salaries - you get paid whenever he has money .
