Magazine Subscription Paid - No Magazine's received

Placed order for 1 Year Magazine Subscription. The order was placed on the 28th January 2019.

4 Mails was sent after this and about several calls. No response was received on emails and the phones is never answered.

This was supposed to be for my Husbands birthday in February. and to date we still havent received 1 Magazine.

Very bad service!! Seeing as this is one of 2 Diving mags availbale in SA i would at least thought their service would be much better!

I want a refund.
