Shocking workmanship and service from Sublime Shadeports

<p>Got a quote from owner Rinaldo. His team was sent to commence the job. They look like bakkie builders and the job they did proved that they were. The entire structure bent and collapsed after 1 wee**** Shocking quality product and workmanship with little pride or integrity. We would like a full refund!</p> <p>Here is our correspondence with Rinaldo since.</p> <p> </p> <p>The installation was started 21 April</p> <p>On 24 April after completion I sent you a mail detailing my disappointment with your product.</p> <p>On the 15th of May you responded via mail that you would send your guys to site</p> <p>On the 30th May I had not heard from you and sent you a mail – no response</p> <p>On 6 June I sent you another mail giving you a further 7 days to rectify – no response form you</p> <p>Following my call to you on 20 June you now advise that you can only come to site on 31 July… that is 3 MONTHS from when you started.</p> <p>You have made zero effort to come to site and inspect or meet with me </p> <p> </p> <p>I have zero faith in your company and you professionalism is beyond shocking and I have no interest in dealing with you further.</p>
