NOT HAPPY

I was forced by the estate agent to use this company and I deeply regret it. At the first sign of bad service I wanted to get rid of them, but since they took over the transfer it was not possible. Several issues; 1. Not paying attention to documents submitted. 2. Very difficult to get them on the phone. 3. Not acknowledging receipt of any communication.
