Job handled poorly

The service I received from Malini R at Subash Maharaj & associates was poor. She is unprofessional and lacks integrity. This parallegal that was assigned to handle my matter did not complete a thorough investigation of the property before the pro forma account was sent out. Inaccuracies in her calculation could be vividly identified. She also billed for a government subsidy that is a free benefit to first time home owners that earn between a certain income bracket. Which became more than the "discount" provided. Lacks communication s****s and was unprofessional throughout the matter. I would definitely not recommend this attorney to anyone!

Looking at the poor reviews on their website it shows why this company is rated only 2 stars.

She did an extremely poor job as a paralegal...I can't imagine her doing any better going further. Absolutely Pertic service.

I hope everyone reading this will think twice about working with Malini R at Subash Maharaj & associates.

I am now grateful that I never have to deal with them again!
