Vehicle written off - driven without permission

Subaru Durban damaged the side sill on my 2014 WRX during the first service, and subsequent attempts to get the dealer to make good on promises to fix the damage were in vain as they never had a courtesy car available ever.<br> during the 1st week of January i contacted Subaru Durban regarding the long outstanding repairs. i spoke to Roger Naidoo and asked which panelbeater i should drop the car off at. i was assured that the car would be going to Technostar panelbeaters across the road within the same business park and that i could drop the car off with the dealer instead.<br> On 12 January 2016 i took the vehicle in for an oil leak, and asked for the damage to be repaired at the same time. i never received any feedback and called the dealership on 14/1/2016. i was advised that the vehicle was at the panelbeater. i expressed concern to Roger Naidoo that the oil leak had gone unattended but he fobbed me off saying \its not like its ****ing oil"!<br> on Friday 15/12/2015 i was contacted by Roger saying that my vehicle was involved in a serious collision while on its way back from a panelbeater. it had been driven to and from across town without my permission!
