Terrible quality service from Subaru Centurion

Just had the most dreadful experience from Subaru. The total service cost me R11 000, my car smelled of petrol, it was not washed, the engine was not cleaned and I just broke down on the side of the highway with oil ****ing all over the exhaust and the car nearly burnt out.
