I have purchased a subaru xv in 2015. I Recently was the victim of a smashed front drivers window. The lag time of 2 weeks for the insurance to get a replacement from yourselves is not acceptable. In a South African context where crime is a daily concern i need to understand how this slow turn around is possible.
