SUBARU Plumstead service from Service Department

Unfortunately I had to send one star, to be able to write a review. Subaru Plumbstead , has to be the worst service center in the world. Service manager is never available and Staff can't even find him. You leave messages and he doesn't call back. 3 weeks later, I call and guess what, sorry Sir, I've tried all three lines and can't locate him. I'll have to call you back. Seems that this position should be filled by someone who actually wants to work.
