Poor Workmanship - Leather Seat Option

I took ownership of my new Subaru Forester on 25 April 2015. I chose the leather seat option and I have regretted it ever since. I found generally poor workmanship after I closely looked at the job a few months into my ownership. I told Subaru about it and had them complete the necessary repairs when I brought it in for my 15000km service. The work was done but it was still substandard. I needed my car though and told them I would bring it in again. So here I am again a year and bit later, with Subaru taking the vehicle a second time and the resultant repair work coming back worse than when I first got the car. So it's in a third time with Philton Autotrim and this time I had Deon from Philton Autotrim ask me to call him to discuss the matter. I almost fell off my chair when the first serious thing out of his mouth was that the leather-work was out of warrantee. Note the vehicle was sent back to him immediately after the second repair. I was taken aback but I swallowed my anger and listened to the BS that followed. He even had the gall to ask me to write a letter on his behalf explaining to his factory what the faults could be...Really!! My car is still in repairs after almost 2 weeks...I'm never going to buy a Subaru again....
