NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

I feel really disappointed in the service I received at Durban Subaru on Saturday the 10/12/16 (Which has now moved to Umhlanga without notifying their customers via email or SMS.
I have a five year motor plan and went to buy parts in Durban for my older Forester only to find out that Subaru had moved!)
I purchased a brand new XV on 25/01/16 from Clive, who has since retired.
I have only done just under 8000.00km when strangely my engine oil light came on.
I contacted the New Car Salesman Ian to ask why this was happening. He told me to get my vehicle to him before 13:00 even though the branch closed at 14:00 so he could top up my oil.
On arriving I felt dismissed by his mannerism of just rushing me and not letting me speak.
He then proceeded to top up my oil with filthy black old oil that had somehow made its way into the service centers oil container!
He stopped as soon as he saw it was dirty but enough if it was already in my engine!
He then told my husband to go to the nearest Midas and purchase oil which cost us R595.00 as he did not have any other oil at Subaru Durban.
We were running late for a shoot so this was very frustrating. My husband photographed the oil container just to make sure we put the correct oil into my vehicle.
He only said after I asked "who would be paying for the oil" and "would be reimbursed?" that he would call me on Monday the 12/12/16 to sort this and the other problems with my new vehicle out.
My battery died and I had to go buy jumper cables to start my car. My dash computer freezes when trying to make calls.
My CD player does not work.
I have always used my iPhone via Bluetooth to play music and had just purchased a brand new CD which once inserted stated that there was no CD inserted in the player.
When we collected my vehicle on the 25th of January this year there was a very sticky mark on my steering wheel. A strange mark on all four mags which my husband asked to be removed of which they only removed three.
A "U" shaped mark in the paintwork under the gloss coat on the bonnet, which apparently according to the salesman could be polished out?
When Subaru did the valet before I came to collect my new vehicle they had sprayed some sort of product which was probably meant for the dash and doors onto the side of my drivers and passengers seats, it has left stained marks in the fabric which only showed up a few days later. I was told they would sort all this out at my first service.
I never received a courtesy gift as I have had with previous vehicles and was promised that I would receive something once he had spoken to your marketing department and deliver it to me with my number plates. Two weeks later I had to call about my plates and no gift received!
My entire family own Subaru's and we have owned four.
My son, brother and sister and father are all Subaru drivers.
I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received lately. What happened to the good old days of Romic Subaru?
We as a Subaru family are all VERY concerned with the turn around time for parts. We had to wait to order a new oil cap after it came off after my husband had to put the oil in himself at Midas and took great care not to over tighten. After getting home late that evening we checked the oil level to discover the cap was gone and oil had sprayed all over my engine and hood. This cost me phone calls and a waiting period as there was no stock in Durbsn. We had to pay R134.00 and drive 80km round trip to Umhlanga to collect!
My vehicle could not be driven and every time we topped up the oil light would still come on and stay on.
I have called and spoken to numerous people from Durban and JHB branches on numerous occasions. I was then told to bring the vehicle in myself even though the oil light was still on and the car was loosing oil. I was also told that they had been told by Subaru that my model XV must have an oil check analysis with the service department every 1000km.
I have tried to speak to someone senior for days but apparently they are either to busy to care and are away in holiday in Mozambique and Overseas.
I was eventually offered... only after asking for a loan vehicle...a Mitsubishi Mirage! I was then called and told they would send a mechanic to pick up my vehicle and deliver the Mitsubishi. This was done, and on the same day I received a call saying they had topped up my oil and would polish the mark out of my bonnet. I said you cannot polish a mark out that is under the gloss coat and what about all the other issues! He then proceeded to tell me I must bring the Mitsubishi back to them which was their emergency parts vehicle and collect my XV.
I then asked why I had to drive a Mitsubishi (that stinks of cigarette smoke) and where were all the Subaru loan vehicles?
I was told they were all out with other Subaru customers. I am still waiting for someone senior to contact me regarding ALL the problems regarding my vehicle and customer relations. It has been 16 days now and still nothing!!!
