new problems arise after service

in short: Vehicle went in to get a new steering wheel sensor replaced and ended up having a few other items replaced. I had to take the vehicle back twice as the job was not done correctly initially. When i finally got it back in a satisfactory state the heater had ceased to function. Subaru have said that it was not their fault, even though the heater was working before it went it. They must have done something in the system to unsettle it to cause it to stop working, yet they refuse to get involved and assist in this problem. this all after some very poor customer service initially which cost me personal time and money.<br>
