Mario Alvares-the BEST.

At Subaru in Edenvale there is a gem of a Service Manager by the name of Mario Alvares. I have known him since 2010 and he has always been cheerful, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. He makes me want to bring my car for the service or repair it needs. He is never too busy to help even if you call him at his busiest and if you are stuck on the road he manages to direct your actions so that the issue is resolved. He knows his clients names and voices without being told who is calling, even if its 2 years later that they contact him. Superb work Mr. Alvares, you have managed to impress a very picky and demanding person (it may not seem so when we are conversing-but give me bad service and you would have known how aggressive I could be). Ver well done y friend.
