Left with no other option but to return newly bought Subaru WRX

I was fortunate enough to forful one of my childhood dreams and that was to own a beautiful Subaru WRX. It was with much anticipation and exhiliration that I picked up my latest gen WRX(the raptor eye) in pearl white. The car was pre-owned but with extremely low mileage still looked brand new. I drove off the dealership floor, brimming with joy but little did I know that, that joy was going to quickly turn into sorrow. After driving the car for about a week, I noticed that the car was not driving properly and it felt as though it was holding back its full potential. I sent the car back to the dealership, only to have the car sit there for more than a month with the technicians trying to resolve the issue. After much fuss it was deemed that the car was fixed and I took it back.

I drove it for a few months and noticed the issue still persisting so I insisted that the dealership look at the car once more. The car then sat again with the dealership, and it is still there to this day with the issue not resolved. Subaru SA were requested to assist, but their levels of customer care are mediocre at best. To this day I have not yet received a call from them.

Eventually it was decided that it would be best if the car was taken back and an alternative offered. It broke my spirit to have the car taken away from me, my hard work and my dreams all shattered. I have changed to another brand moving away from the "Confidence in motion" brand and I did not even receive an apology email from Subaru SA. I am shocked and appalled at their lack of interest in their customers.
